Shipping policy
Unless otherwise specified, all packages will be shipped by FedEx.
We ship between Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once shipments leave our facility, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages unless you select a shipping option with insurance at checkout. If you choose to not order shipping insurance, please contact the shipping provider's customer service for additional support. If you purchased a shipping method with insurance coverage, please contact us at andreahair001@hotmail.com and we will look further into your order.
We are not responsible for uninsured packages and not responsible for any carrier shipping disruptions that delay your delivery.
If you desire to cancel your order due to a shipping delay, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
If you would like to cancel due to delayed arrival of your order because processing by Honey Hair Co. was delayed, shipping fees will be waived.
