Due to the fact that human hair products are intimate beauty items, to ensure the hygiene, safety and product quality for every customer, we regret that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for opened, used or trimmed items.

To avoid any shopping disputes, we kindly remind you of the following guidelines:

  1. Pre-purchase Confirmation

    Please carefully check the size, color and material details on the product page before placing an order. Feel free to contact our customer service for real product photos or wearing videos to ensure the product meets your expectations.

  2. Inspection Upon Receipt

    Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you receive items with shipping damage, wrong style/color or missing quantity (non-human-induced quality issues), please take clear photos of the damaged package and defective items within 24 hours, then contact our customer service. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for you without delay.

  3. Exception for Unopened Items

    For unopened, unused items with intact original packaging, you may contact our customer service to apply for a return within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the round-trip shipping fee shall be borne by the customer, and the product must be returned in its original condition.
